Sushi Central has launched a new menu with all-time Japanese classic dishes

As fans of modern Asian fare, one of our favourite spots in Abu Dhabi is of course, Sushi Central. Over the last two years we have been following their success as the restaurant has expanded and continues to serve fresh, local ingredients, made in a Japanese manner with a twist. It is a homegrown concept that has built its reputation on serving healthy, tasty and fresh Japanese delicacies. A hip and vibrant brand, Sushi Central is definitely a top player when it comes to Japanese sushi for dine-in and delivery.

The restaurant has recently launched a “lunch in a box” menu named the Lunch Bento Box, for every taste and consists of either hot chicken, hot seafood or then hot vegetables. A popular concept, Lunch Bento Box makes a perfectly balanced meals that can be eaten everywhere, including when on-the-go.

A new creative dinner by Chef Renato is now available at Sushi Central: some of our personal favourite dishes include sushi classics such as the salmon and squid Nigari, California rolls, crunchy spicy tuna that are exceptionally fresh and expertly rolled.

Let’s not forget the Tuna Tataki a must order that consists of seared tuna coated with black and white sesame seeds and served with a sweet Miso dressing and cabbage salad.
