BEE POLLEN RECIPE THAT WILL KEEP YOU ENERGIZED

Bee Pollen Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Milk (or any other type you prefer)

1 cup fresh Blueberries

1 fresh Banana

2 or 3 pitted Medjool dates

1 teaspoon Bee Pollen

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend together on a high speed for a few minutes.  Once done, pour it onto a glass and drink immediately.
